Why OM?

In the process of mediation we, the mediator and you, the parties, come together, agreeing to mediate the issues on the table in good faith. The parties are united in their effort to resolve their divorce beyond the courtroom.

By possessing the space, ability, and intent to communicate, and to assess the needs of all parties involved to reach a resolution, the parties become whole in the process as you work through each point of contention to finalize your separation. The goal of this part of the process is to mediate issues between parties as efficiently and with as little acrimony as possible.

Finally, the completion of the process is signified by a settlement agreement and therefore, the achievement of each party’s goals, leaving them individually whole.

At One Mediation, efficiency, comprehensive guidance, and self-determination of clients are prioritized to ensure you are able to reap the benefits of the mediation process and confidently finalize your separation, custody, and child support issues.

Jaclyn is dedicated to helping families navigate and resolve their divorce or separation.
